Samsung announced the Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy A33 5G phones, which are powered by a new processor, along with the Galaxy Camera powered by artificial intelligence, wide screen, and a two-day battery.
The new Galaxy A series features 5G connectivity, security, eco-design, and advanced connected experiences. Additionally, both devices support ongoing One UI and Android OS upgrades and security updates.

The Galaxy A53 5G’s Quad Camera System features a 64MP OIS with VDIS technology that captures clear, steady images.
Meanwhile, the 32MP front camera provides clear selfies and video calling experiences.
Powered by the new 5nm AI processor in the Galaxy A series, the camera makes every photo look special even in low light.
Enhanced Night Mode automatically combines up to 12 photos at once, so night photos look bright with less noise.
And when shooting video in low-light environments, the Galaxy A series’s frame rate is automatically adjusted to create clear videos.
An improved Portrait mode captures the depth and outline of the subject with greater accuracy using dual cameras and artificial intelligence.
And with Fun mode, moments can be enhanced with fun filters and effects that now work with the Ultra Wide Lens.
In addition, Photo Remaster brings new life to old, low-quality photos. The Object Eraser also removes annoying background image extensions.
The 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen on the Galaxy A53 5G provides a 120Hz refresh rate for an immersive experience. While the Galaxy A33 5G features a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate.
Samsung promised four years of OS updates
In addition, the new Galaxy A series is equipped with a battery that lasts up to two days and 25W ultra-fast charging. As a result, watching, streaming, and more can go on for much longer.
The Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy A33 5G feature Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and IP676 water and dust resistance.
Building on Samsung’s sustainability efforts, the Galaxy A series removes the charger and reduces the size of the case. The box also uses paper from sustainable sources. While the device itself uses post-consumer recycled materials for the side buttons and the SIM card tray.
Both devices guarantee up to four generations of One UI and Android OS upgrades, and up to five years of security updates.

The new Galaxy A series ensures that data and information is protected and secured by Samsung Knox. And when storing private photos, notes, and apps, Secure Folder provides users with an encrypted digital vault.
With Private Share, users can control who can access files. The Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy A33 5G also include the new Samsung Wallet, a convenient, secure place to store everything securely.
Both devices work seamlessly with other Galaxy devices for an integrated and connected experience. Audio options are also expanded by connecting the Galaxy Buds series to a range of devices, including the Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy A33 5G.

The Galaxy A53 5G will be available in select markets from April 1st. While the Galaxy A33 5G is available from April 22nd. Another new addition to the Galaxy A series, the Galaxy A73 5G, will be available in select markets on April 22nd.
