Bahrain is located in the Arabian Gulf region, specifically in the east of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and shares its maritime borders with Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and its official capital is Manama. It gained its independence in 1971 from the United Kingdom and became independent sovereign and declared an independent kingdom. It is considered a country with a constitutional monarchy. [1]

The state of Bahrain is distinguished by the presence of several places that a tourist can visit, among the most important of these places are:
- Bahrain Fort: The castle is one of the important historical monuments in Bahrain . It is evidence of a group of historical events that the region witnessed. The castle is located in the capital, Manama, [2] on the top of an archaeological hill, and the castle has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. [3]
- Manama Souq: It is located in the center of Manama city, and it is a busy and lively market , which includes a number of old and modern shops, which include different types of spices, fabrics, clothes, nuts, handicrafts, and dried fruits. [2]
- Bahrain National Museum: It is the first museum in the Arabian Gulf region. It was opened in 1988. It is located opposite a lake characterized by its beauty, which gave its sculptural architectural design and stone facades a special beauty. The museum includes tools decorated with contemporary statues. Many archaeological sites in Bahrain, which indicate the rich history of Bahrain. The museum covers about 6000 years of Bahrain’s history. It also includes two halls dedicated to local customs and traditions, such as: folk clothing and traditional housing, and there is a hall dedicated to art, which includes a collection of the most famous works. Bahrain artists, and another hall hosts the most important exhibitions from all over the world. [4]
- Compound 338: The complex is located in the Adliya area; It is a charming place for pedestrians, full of international restaurants that satisfy all tastes and individuals with its Bahraini and international dishes. It includes art galleries and is a source of attraction for the arts. There is Al Riwaq Gallery, which displays the works of Bahraini and international artists, in addition to the presence of shops. - The tea tree: This tree is found in the middle of the Bahrain desert. It is nearly four centuries old. It is a legend because of its survival so far. [2] The tree lives in high temperatures, about ten meters in length. [6]
- Al-Fateh Mosque: It is located in the Qudaibiya area. The mosque is the largest building in the city of Bahrain. It was built in 1984. It is an important and wonderful place to learn about the Islamic religion. The mosque can accommodate approximately 7000 worshippers. [7]
